In this episode roommates Troy and Abed discuss whether or not they should join the Glee Club. They are considering joining the Glee club in order to help the Glee club save their Christmas pageant. Abed asks Troy to join, but Troy explains that he is not permitted to as he is a Jehovah's Witness. Troy decides that he has to save Christmas to save his friends.
